"Empowering People to Get From Where They Are to Where They're DESTINED." – Jeremiah 29:11

  • Unleashing Divine Authority for Life’s Battles
    Press Play to Listen

People of The Most High GOD, Jehovah Sabaoth (GOD of Heaven’s Armies, LORD of Hosts)! When Christ rose from the grave, He died & got up with all power in His Hands, thus transferring that power to every Believer. The power (authority) to be victorious at every feat is imparted upon us when we accept Him as our LORD and Savior. Our confidence in such strength and ability is due to the fact that we’re His Children, His sheep, being guided by Our Shepherd [Psalm 23:1].

There are benefits that come with this kinship, due to being joint heirs with Jesus Christ [Romans 8:16-17]. There are many benefits that come with being in the Kingdom of GOD. One of the benefits is having the authority over every obstacle that comes our way. Every battle we face, we must realize that that battle is already won. It’s because GOD fights for us, that we are vindicated and victory is ours!

We have the GOD-given right to victory, to conquer, to succeed at everything we put our hands to because of the intimate (personal) relationship. It’s when we understand who we are and the power vested in us that we’re able to tell situations that seem hopeless that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus who loves us, [Romans 8:37].

The Bible declares that Jesus has made us a little lower than the Angels, [Psalm 8]. There’s no condemnation towards us, Romans 8, meaning that through GOD, we’ve been justified and vindicated. We’re not sentenced to a life without Christ because through redemption and reconciliation, we’ve been brought back under GOD’s protection, His shield and covering. Being saved doesn’t mean that we don’t have to abide by GOD’s law, that we can do what we wish, how we wish. Rather, it means that because we love GOD, we’re willing to keep His commandments and live according to what He says is acceptable and pleasing in His sight [Psalm 19:14].

It means that we’re desperate for Him and we’re diligently seeking His presence in our lives. We’re rescued from the pit of Hell and delivered from a life that leads to eternal damnation to be replaced with a life of eternal peace and protection, security and assurance in living with Christ as our daily bread. He is our substance; we are sustained because of His unconditional love towards us. His mercies follow us and His grace is more than enough, “sufficient” [2 Corinthians 12:9].

Therefore, we have no reason to become worried, stressed, depressed, or acting without hope because we serve a risen Savior who has given us the victory and ability to overcome, to defeat, to champion our way through this life. Our power is mighty because The LORD is mighty! He can turn every situation around and cause it to work in our favor!

“GOD has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind.” [2 Timothy 1:7]

In fact, Romans 8:28 declares, “and we know that all things work together for the good of them that love GOD and are called according to His purpose.” Revelations 12:11, “we’ve overcome the wicked one by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.” When we’re weak, we become strong [2 Corinthians 12:10]. We have “overwhelming victory” [Romans 8:37].

The next time you feel like life’s beating you down, remind yourself of who GOD is in your life and how He’s already given you the power to overcome, to conquer, to win, to be victorious, to have hope and be filled with strength! Speak LIFE over yourself! Declare the victory before the battle even begins! GOD never said that there weren’t going to be fiery darts [Ephesians 6:16] trying to attack us, what He said is that no weapon formed will prosper against us [Isaiah 54:17]!

This means that nothing that the enemy does can keep us down nor trap us! You’re your worst enemy. You control how far the enemy can get inside your head, your heart. You must stand tall against the enemy and know that because you’re destined for greatness, nothing and no one can hold you down nor back from all that GOD has designed to prosper you! Overwhelming Victory is yours for the asking!

    Ways to Increase Your Faith:

    • Remember all of the ways that The LORD has made for you.
    • Remember all of the ways that The LORD has made for those you know and don’t know but have witnessed their testimonies of His goodness.
    • Read & study the Bible stories of faith and of the miracles performed and to learn GOD’s character (His abilities) HE CAN DO ANYTHING BUT FAIL! [Numbers 23:19]
    • Praise GOD for all that He’s done for you and all that He’s doing for you now.
    • Praise GOD for all that He’s going to do for you, in the future. It’s our FAITH that gives us hope, confidence that what GOD says concerning us will come to pass [Isaiah 55:11]
    • Understanding and believing GOD’s promises gives us further strength to keep fighting
    • Worship GOD: When you worship GOD, you’re acknowledging that He’s all-powerful [omnipotent], all-knowing and all-seeing [omniscient], and ever present [omnipresent]. He’s GOD all by Himself and doesn’t consult anyone to make decisions [sovereign]. Worshiping GOD causes us to reflect on just how great Our GOD is, we were made to worship Him, in Spirit & Truth [John 4:23-24]!

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but are mighty through GOD to the pulling down of strongholds.” [2 Corinthians 10:4] – Here, Apostle Paul is telling us that the weaponry that we use against the enemy is Spiritual, not Earthly. In Spiritual Warfare, we are constantly bombarded with the schemes and tricks of the enemy, trying to steal our joy and disrupt our faith and focus on GOD. It’s through Christ that we overcome and push through every circumstance that beats at our door! We have the power to tread upon serpents and scorpions (meaning Spiritual attacks) without being harmed [Luke 10:19], when we exercise our authority in The Name of Jesus!

How do we continue in faith and fight the enemy? We must put on the Whole Armor of GOD, daily [Ephesians 6:10-17]. We cannot afford to walk around exposed to the enemy’s elements without His Armor to protect and shield us. Finally, Psalm 91:1 lets us know that if we stay under GOD’s protection (His shadow), we are safe.

    Key Takeaways:

    • We are protected when we stay in GOD’s Will. We learn GOD’s Will for our lives when we spend time in His Word, studying, as well as when we sit down and allow The LORD to speak to us, instructing and directing us through The Holy Spirit. The Bible declares that the Holy Spirit leads us into truth and shows us things to come, [John 14:13].
    • We are under Spiritual attack, warfare. We’re not fighting against people as we are fighting against evil spirits. It’s this understanding that allows us to grow in GOD, to develop, to mature and to be equipped with Spiritual Weaponry that only comes from Him. GOD also gives us an escape route from temptation so we don’t have any excuse as to why we choose to go the enemy’s way [1 Corinthians 10:13].
    • Our posture should always be in a position of humility with and in GOD. It’s when we practice humility that we remain teachable, trainable. GOD cannot equip us if we’re not willing to submit to His authority to learn our authority in Him. We must abide in Him and He in us [John 15:4].
  • Desperate for God: A Journey of Renewal

    Delivered Through Desperation.

To Our Most High GOD, great is Your faithfulness towards me, towards us! Even when we fail to be faithful to You, You’re always faithful unto us. Thank you, kindly, Abba! It’s this fact that causes me to do a self-evaluation of my Walk with Christ. GOD has called me to the Table. My commitment is in question. My dedication and diligence, my perseverance, my ability to push against-all-odds is at the forefront, especially since I say, “GOD can do anything, I must truly believe that, with everything in me, in order to see the direct manifestation of my expectation that He’s able to do what His Word says, Ephesians 3:20.

Am I really chasing after Christ if I’m able to easily venture into the realm of unfaithfulness, after all that He does for me, after all the many ways that He’s made! What about the work He’s doing right now in our lives, are we as dedicated, as loyal, as zealous for GOD as we say? LORD, forgive me and cause Your face to shine upon me. Teach me your ways and give me sense enough to follow them. LORD, Your Word says in Psalm 25:4-5, “Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. 5 Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”

LORD, I’m desperate for You! Forgive me. Change me. Fix me. Heal me. Deliver me. Set me free, embrace me. Guide me. Hold me. Sculpt me. Rejuvenate me. Restore to me the joy of my salvation (Psalm 51:12). Edify me. Purify me. Teach me. Sustain me. Equip me (Ephesians 6:10-14).

Rejuvenate, refresh, relieve and release me from every yolk of bondage! Cancel the enemy's plans concerning us! We're Yours, GOD vindicate us as You protect us and always keeps us safe. You are Our GOD and we are Your Children. You call us, “Friend and You've made us a little lower than the angels.” You love us despite all of our mistakes and our blatant disobedience.

"It's because of Your mercies that we are not consumed." Lamentations 3:22-24.

Even though we deserve to have no hope, LORD, You've offered us eternal hope to be with You, when you return. You comfort us by way of Your Holy Spirit; comfort comes when we need it most. You shield & protect us at every turn.

Your Ministering Angels remind us of Your goodness, Your grace and mercy, Your unmerited favor, You are marvelous and You are sovereign! You reign and You have all power (omnipotent), You’re all-knowing (omniscient), You see my future (omnipresent)! You see us, not for where we are now, but for where You've destined us to be, the perfected place, through divine providence, El Roi! This prayer is signed, sealed, and delivered to You through Jesus Christ, Amen.

  • Demolishing Spiritual Amnesia: From Trouble to Triumph

Demolishing Spiritual Amnesia: From Trouble to Triumph

As Believers, we oftentimes, become frustrated because it takes a while before our breakthrough busts down our doors. In this waiting season, we have the tendency to forget ALL the ways that Our LORD has made for us. Some of us get discouraged and lose hope, become full of anxiety and frustration. Some of us believe that GOD’s stopped listening to us or that His answer is “No,” but all the while, He’s requiring us to have patience. GOD is wanting us to reflect and use this reflection as fuel that will sustain us while we’re waiting on His next breakthrough to happen in our lives. GOD will delay our NEXT season of change, our next deliverance, because our faith is lacking. He won’t give what He has for us away but He’ll hold onto it until our faith meets our requests.

It’s the time in-between where we are to where GOD’s taking us, next level, that we get bombarded with thoughts of worry and concern. We should be in prayer during this waiting period. We should continue to praise and offer worship while we’re getting ready to receive all that GOD has for our next season, our next level up. It’s what we do in this season that determines our mindset.

GOD’s looking for a People that will believe Him and His abilities to do the impossible and cause all things to work in our favor despite their current situations. He wants us to place our FAITH forward, not wavering or wondering if GOD will but being hopeful and full of assurance that He’s going to come through for us, no matter the timing.

SA happens in some Christians’ lives when faced with difficulties, such as obstacles or valley experiences. Immediately, they become distraught, lose hope, become depressed and burdened with anxiety. They don’t look to GOD as their first resort. They start internalizing and overthinking about all the negative things that could happen, as a result of the turmoil. The possibilities of things swaying in their favor is barely visible because Satan is steadily feeding them doubt, misplacement, abandonment, fear without any hope in sight.

I’ve been in this place. God has done so many wonderful things for me, yet, when I’m faced with some issues, I quickly go into “worry mode.” I don’t force myself to reflect on the ways that God has already made for me. I don’t quickly recall every door that God has opened for me or shut for my good. I’ll start thinking of all of the negative outcomes. I contract SA. I don’t pray as often nor praise as much because I’m so consumed by the fear of the unknown.

Then, my Spirit is quickened and I began to revisit every miracle that God has performed for me; this gives me hope and empowers me.  When I press my way forward, I become strengthened in the areas where I was weak. I open my heart for God to pour into me a trip down memory lane. He reminds me of the benefits of being a Joint-Heir with Jesus Christ.

He reminds me of His Holy Word that comforts and consoles me. GOD reminds me that He’s Jehovah Jireh, my provider. He breathes into my being a stream of peace that surpasses any feelings of fear and anxiety that I once had before importation.  Not only do I remember the miracles that He’s performed in my life, I’m able to also reflect on the ways that He’s made for people I know and those I don’t but have heard of the goodness of The LORD being showered upon their lives. It’s exhilarating and rejuvenating to recall the ways that GOD has continued to make for me. My soul is nourished and I’m better able to handle stormy situations because I know, beyond doubt, that GOD is my keeper and my sustainer and there’s absolutely nothing that He won’t do for us whom He loves and He chastens.

    • Know that being “tried” is not the same as being “tempted” (James 1:13-16)
    • God is near you and He won’t fail you. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
    • God has never lied to you. (Numbers 23:19)
    • Amplify your prayer life. Pray continuously and remember to cast all of your cares and concerns to God because we believe that He cares for us. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17; Psalm 34:1-3; 1 Peter 5:7
    • Amplify your praise and worship. Sacrifice time and effort to do so, even if it’s hard, because this will cause you to give God due praise and worship which will motivate God to change your situation. Hebrews 13:15-16
    • Increase fasting and surround yourself with people who believe God, no matter the circumstance. Sacrificing during difficult times, for God’s purposes, are meant to sustain us, to revive us, and to purify us.
    • Understand that Satan desires that we forget all that God has done for us because he only wants to steal, kill and destroy us. Dial into the fact that Jesus Christ deliberately died on Calvary’s Cross for our sins before we’ve even committed them.
    • Realize that the Love of God is unrelenting and boundless.
    • Adjust Your Attitude so You’re Altitude isn’t Stagnate: We cannot go from glory to glory, ascending and transcending to higher heights in God through His enrichment and nourishment if we’re not willing to be hopeful and increase our faith . Even our speech should be victorious.
    • Our heads should remain held high and our pose is standing in assurance wearing our armor. At the pinnacle of our faith, we see our humanity embracing our Spirituality. We are what we speak! Our tongues need to be tamed, guarded, continuously so that we don’t waver in our faith. Our faith only gets stronger as we get wiser in the Knowledge of God. Proverbs 23:7(a)
    • Outpouring of Revitalization and Rejuvenation: John 7:38 ushers us into the very important fact, promise, that our bellies are full of living water which will flow into the dry lands of our body that have dried out due to being discouraged, depressed, etc.
    • The reason we ought to commune with Our Father when times are going well, the reason we should amplify our prayer, praise, worship, fasting, etc. is because we can use it as Spiritual food to nourish our Spirits and also our minds and bodies.

Numbers 23:19 NLT | God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act?

Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV | For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Romans 5:3-5 KJV | And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of GOD is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

2 Timothy 2:3  ESV | Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

Psalm 120:1 NKJV | “In my distress I cried to the LORD, and He heard me.”

James 1:3 Amplified Bible | Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace].

  • The Role of the Holy Spirit in Our Lives

John 16:6-8 Amplified Bible “But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your hearts [and taken complete possession of them]. But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor – Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you. but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Spirit) to you [to be in close fellowship with you]. And He, when He comes, will convict the world about [the guilt of] sin [and the need for a Savior], and about righteousness, and about judgement:

    Wrapping It Up:

    • The Holy Spirit prays on our behalf. We don’t know what we ought to pray but The Holy Spirit teaches us and then transmits our prayers to Our Father, in a language that Our GOD responds to and therefore works all things out in our favor when in accordance to His Will for our lives.
  • Healing Through Humility: A Pathway to God’s Favor

    Elohim’s People,

The Psalmist David understood that he was in need of God’s healing in efforts to be completely healed from his infirmities. Now, it’s worth something here to pause and let this settle in. David “knew” that his soul was sick, maybe not him, physically, but Spiritually. David realized that his condition was at the heart level. Psalm 30:2, we see David crying out to The Lord for help and as a response The Lord healed him. He goes as far to describe how he felt he was to repay GOD for all of his favor “by giving thanks” in verse 4 and verse 5 he speaks of the favor of GOD lasting a lifetime.

In order for us to be healed, we must first realize that we need to be healed. We must realize our human condition. We must digest and ingest by understanding that we are undone, lest we receive a Great Reviving from The Lord. How do we know we need healed? We recognize that we are sinful in nature, we don’t know what to do, how to act, how to respond, even, until we receive Divine instruction. We are His Sheep and His sheep know His voice, John 10:27-28. When we profess our confession, that is, that we are in need of God’s rest and rule upon our lives, it’s when we accept that we know nothing lest GOD reveals it unto us, that we enter into a state of submission. We submit to the rule, the Will, the instruction, the direction of and by GOD to lead, guide us into all truth and show us things to come, John 16:13-15.

"But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth [full and complete truth]. For He will not speak on His own initiative, but He will speak whatever He hears [from the Father --the message regarding the Son], and He will disclose to you what is to come [in the future]. John 16:13 Amplified Bible

We cannot worship The Lord, less we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. His Spirit is His Holy Spirit and "The Truth" is that Jesus came, was born, was beat then was buried in a borrowed tomb and then resurrected. Now, pause. Do you realize that Jesus was already "resurrected" when they lifted Him on the cross? For He said, "If I be lifted up amongst the Earth, I'll draw all men unto me." It was at this point that you could shout, "Hallelujah" because they lifted Jesus! Even though they had no clue what they were doing. They gave Him a sinner's death, a thief's death, yet He was glorified even in His sufferings upon The Cross. It was at The Cross, that we first believed--this builds our profession of our confession that we are sinful and need the provisions of GOD in order to make it in this life!

So, we see that it's necessary to unveil, uncover, that is, The Truth must be revealed to us for us to realize that we are of sinful nature. It's looking at the Life of Christ that we understand where we have flaws, shortcomings, sin. It's the revealing of "Truth" that sets us truly free, indeed. For whom The Son sets free, is free, indeed, John 8:36. We realize we're at a point of desperation when we compare ourselves to the life of Jesus Christ. We realize our imperfections but GOD is so great that He reverses the curses that we place on our lives! Yes, we invoke curses upon ourselves by not being under the Knowledge of GOD, operating within His Will for our lives.

You must be HONEST with GOD and then honest with yourself enough to truly be OPEN & EXPOSED, naked before GOD. That’s when you know you’re serious, you’re completely naked, laying prostrate before GOD, desperately and eagerly waiting on The LORD to come in & CHANGE EVERY PART OF YOUR BEING. It’s ONLY then when your pride is set aside. You don’t need pride with GOD. You need HUMILITY. You need SINCERITY.

Thank You GOD for doing it, Again. “GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble!” Psalm 46:1

Lord, we need your shadow. If all you do is heal us through Your shadow as you allowed Peter to heal Your People, surely you can do this, today! Make your presence known in this place! Heal every manner of disease. Cause everything to be subjected to You, The Most High GOD. Cleanse & set free from all forms of bondage. Break every chain. Lose every bond. Cause us to see you in these times when uncertainties are plenty.

Cause us to see YOU through every blind corner! For we are not blind who trust in You. We are revealed and You reveal all things in Your Truth! Expose us. Revive and rebuild us! Do it, again. Heal, again. Save, again. Set free, again. DELIVER, again. We ask, in humility and with sincerity. We realize our sickness. The parts that unclear are being revealed unto us and we desperately need Your Presence! We need You! Come now. Rescue now. In the mighty Name of Jehovah Jireh, be our everything! Jehovah Shalom make Your presence felt, heard, seen! Touch us and make us WHOLE, again! Jehovah Shammah rest upon us. Stay near to us. It is so and so it is. Selah.

    Today’s Scriptures:

Psalm 147:3 GOD’S WORD Translation | He is the healer of the brokenhearted. He is the one who bandages their wounds.

Psalm 34:18 Young’s Literal Translation | Near [is] Jehovah to the broken of heart, And the bruised of spirit He saveth.

Jeremiah 17:14 King James Version | Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Isaiah 53:5 English Standard Version | But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.

  • Spiritual Awakening: Using The Whole Armor of GOD to Defeat the Enemy

YAHWEH’s People, when you’re confident of the benefits that are associated with being in The Kingdom of GOD, you’re prone to rely on those benefits when difficult times arise. You use your faith to activate a motivation to keep progression amidst adverse situations, knowing that GOD will supply every need according to His riches in glory, Philippians 4:19! Understanding that GOD has won the war equips us with the knowledge needed to depend on His Power to get us through another battle.

It’s an amazing comfort and great relief to rely on the Peace of God that surpasses all human understanding to keep you, to preserve you until your change comes! It’s imperative that “build our hope on things eternal, hold to GOD’s unchanging Hand.”

It’s satisfying to our hearts and minds to know that those that keep their minds in perfect peace, says Isaiah 26:3. He gives us way to ease our worrying, to calm and quiet Our Spirits. This type of peace allows one to remain steady when the waves of life come crashing against us. Remember the Disciples in the boat? When the storm came, Jesus was sleeping good. They were in an uproar, waking Jesus and asking why He was sleep amidst the winds and the waves beating against their boat [Matthew 8:23-27]. Jesus asked them why they were afraid. He calmed the sea which is a reminder to us, today, that nothing that beats against our lives shall win when we have a confidence in Our Creator, Our Great Protector. Therefore, we can rest peacefully and be calm in every situation because the outcome is swayed to our advantage when we place our hope in Christ.

What’s it cost you to have full, complete faith in GOD? The enemy (satan and all his evil messengers: fallen angels) wants to distract, detour, and isolate you from fixing your mind and your heart on the things of GOD, which includes but is not limited to faith. It’s faith which gives you endurance, tenacity, perseverance, STRENGTH, the will to not just live, but to live in GOD’s abundance! [Ephesians 3:20]

Understand that the enemy means us harm; he wants us to be in a place where we feel hopeless (in despair and beyond repair). Rest assure that The Holy Spirit leads and guides us into all truth and shows us things to come, John 16:13, so you can be assured that HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK, EXPOSED TO THE WEAPONS OF SATAN!!!

Condition yourself to receive the blessings of GOD! How do you position yourself? You study His Word to show yourself approved unto GOD and not to people, 2 Timothy 2:15. You pray without stopping and constantly give thanks, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17. You fast, which purifies your heart and mind, thus, allowing you to hear and see more clearly. You’re awakened! It opens you receive more because you’ve made a conscious sacrifice to abstain from a food choice or a behavior which shows GOD you’re willing and ready to take on HIS WILL for your life! (Ezra 8:23, Acts 13:2, Exodus 34:28).

Finally, you praise and offer worship unto GOD so that He knows that you appreciate His boundless grace and unmerited mercy given to you [it’s nothing that you’ve earned, it’s all because His lovingkindness], Psalm 34, Hebrews 13:15, Lamentations 3:22-24. We offer our lives as a living sacrifice that is Holy, to be The Temple of GOD [Romans 12:1-2]. This is true worship: living as GOD requires. It’s not just lip-service (saying to GOD you’re thankful), it’s our actions that determine our zeal for Him. Our dedication to His precepts equates to worship.

    1. Chest (Heart): Breastplate of Righteousness (Right-Living) [to the best of our ability, while not making excuses for our habitual sins, but rather being remorseful, asking for forgiveness, and working towards sinning less.
    2. Feet: The Gospel of Peace (Good News: Because Jesus Christ died for our sins and arose, He offers salvation to all who believe in Him, which brings assurance that we will no longer die to/in sin but will live eternally [with GOD])
    3. Waist: Band of Truth (All truths which are God’s commandments, His mandates of right-living that His People (we) live by and are rooted in)
    4. Hands: Shield of Faith (Left-Protection: evident hope professed in The Holy Trinity: GOD, The Father; Jesus (The Son) and The Holy Spirit) & Sword of The Holy Spirit (Right-Correction): denounces satan’s schemes & plots to destroy us
    5. Head: Helmet of Salvation (Firm belief that Jesus Christ & resurrected)

    Today’s Scriptures:

Finally, draw your strength from the Lord and from his mighty power. Put on the armor of GOD so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil. For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens.

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I was helped; therefore my heart rejoices, and with my song I will thank Him.

We do not use those things to fight with that the world uses. We use the things GOD gives to fight and they have power. Those things GOD gives to fight with destroy the strong-places of the devil.

What shall separate us from the love Christ has for us? Can trouble, distress, persecution, hunger, nakedness, danger, or violent death separate us from his love? The one who loves us gives us an overwhelming victory in all these difficulties. I am convinced that nothing can separate us from GOD’s love which Christ Jesus our Lord shows us. We can’t be separate by death or life, by angels or rulers, by anything in the present or anything in the future, by forces or powers in the world above or in the world below, or by anything else in creation.

BibleGateway.com: a great resource to study the Word of GOD, with useful commentaries and several versions of The Holy Bible; we are to study to show ourselves approved, while rightly dividing the Word of Truth and to also remind GOD of His Word, Isaiah 43:26, so that we show THE LORD our seriousness, our eager, diligent desire to learn of Him and be more like His Character
    • Dynamic Equivalence: Bibles that break The WORD down, in common language that we use today: New Living Translation (NLT), The Message Bible (MSG), Contemporary English Version (CEV), GOD’s WORD Translation (GW), Good News Translation (GNT),
    • Formal Correspondence: Bibles that are very closely related to the way that the people of old spoke, somewhat confusing if you’re new to studying The Bible: These versions in King James Version (KJV), New International Version (NIV), New American Standard Version (NASV)
  • Who Do You Say That I Am? Knowing GOD for Yourself Saves You From Feelings of Desperation and Distress!

    Elohim’s People,

We need to know GOD for ourselves. Having an intimate relationship with GOD helps us to make it through the most difficult times in our lives. The Lord never said that we wouldn’t face adversity. However, He did state that He wouldn’t leave us nor forsake us, Hebrews 13:5. He promised to vindicate us, Exodus 14:14.

His promises are Yes and Amen towards us, 2 Corinthians 1:20. He is Our GOD, Isaiah 41:10, 13. He’s our shield, Psalm 3:3-6, and He sustains us. He’s Our Shepherd, Psalm 23:1. He’s Our Redeemer (freed us from captivity) and therefore He saves us, our refuge, Psalm 18:1-2, Zephaniah 3:17. We are free, Galatians 5:1, and free indeed, John 8:36.

Are you living like you’re truly FREE? Do you want His freedom? What are you willing to do?

The Lord teaches us to rely on Him. He teaches us to lean, to depend on Him, to trust Him, and to obey Him, Proverbs 3:5-6. Who do you say that GOD is to you? GOD asked Peter what he personally feels about Him. Peter replied, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God, verse 16.

Will you give up your will for His? Do you really want more of GOD? OR, are you just concerned about the things in which GOD can provide for you? Do you really know that GOD is our everything? Our whole being depends on Our GOD to sustain us.

Will you give The Lord a chance to calm the storm in your life? Won’t you give Him the opportunity to be Your GOD?

Today is the day to place your faith, your trust in The GOD of all creation. To lean into Him. To make Him your choice! Nothing else has worked. You cannot do it on your own. We cannot make it through this life, in good Spirit, without The Holy Spirit, the Love of Christ. We cannot weather the storm and come out victorious with GOD coming in and saving the day! We are nothing without GOD. He’s the reason we live, move, and have our being. You’re His, anyways, but He wants to know that you really desire Him in your life! He wants to know that you’re dependent upon Him, only! He wants to be your GOD! He wants to hear from you, to know just how much you want Him in your life.

    He’s willing, are you?

Maybe you’re saying, Erica, I already have made GOD my choice. But, have you really made Him, LORD, over your life? Do you think to pray, first, before worrying about the outcome of a situation? Do you praise and worship Him, even when things get rough or can you barely even offer a prayer of thanksgiving amidst a trial? Do you really, truly trust GOD amidst the situation, believing that GOD will solve it BEFORE you stress out, become distressed and cause undue anxiety? Is He your first thought? Is He really your first choice and not your alternative? This is to challenge who you really say that GOD is to you! This speaks past all the cliches and gets down and serious about who you really say versus whom you really believe in.
