So many times we choose all the things that are not fruitful for our souls nor our bodies but we want GOD to bless it, grow and nurture it, prosper and mature it/us? We don’t stop and think about the fact that we aren’t always choosing Christ. We tend to choose what we want, at that very moment, that pleases our flesh, not our Spirits. Since it’s ultimately left up to our own recognizance, if we’re not careful, we’ll choose the wrong thing OVER the right thing! It all depends on what eyesight we are using…our Spiritual eyes or our carnal eyes. It all depends on who we are listening to, our Spirit Man or or the devil.

We should choose things that nourish our souls which will, in turn, nourish our Spirits! We need the nourishment GOD has as opposed to what the world is giving. The Bible declares that GOD will make us a well that never runs dry:

“And the Lord will continually guide you,
And satisfy your soul in scorched and dry places,
And give strength to your bones;
And you will be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11 AMP

GOD’s nourishment will keep us full and we won’t want for anything because we have everything we need in His Arms. The enemy, that is, the devil, makes it so that all one thinks about is how they’re lacking in some way, shape or form. He’ll make it so that you feel hopeless, depressed, repressed, full of anxiety, unable to think, lonely, distracted, isolated, fearful, and overall having the inability to SEE yourself outside of the issue(s) that are at-hand. He’ll make you feel as if GOD isn’t real and that GOD isn’t going to come through for you, thus, giving you SPIRITUAL AMNESIA. Christians tend to forget just how great GOD has been to us when we get into a bind, have an issue. GOD could’ve just brought a miracle to our doors and we soon forget because satan will portray it as GOD hasn’t done anything for us! Lies, Lies, and more lies! Don’t get caught listening to the sounds of satan.

The enemy will tell you all kinds of lies and make up delusions to keep you from your breakthrough, to keep you bruised, bound and broken! GOD wants to free you, unleash and cure you! When does GOD want to do this for you? NOW!
