"Empowering People to Get From Where They Are to Where They're DESTINED." – Jeremiah 29:11

  • It’s easy to be consumed by the things we need in our lives that we oftentimes don’t know when or how we will get to them.
Tell all of your needs and wants to God and thank Him for what He has done and is going to do, all in the same prayer. If it is in Gods will, you will certainly attain everything you pray for. It’s not up to you or anyone else to decide what you should be talking to God about but if you pray to God with a sincere heart, that’s all that matters.
Don’t let your worrying keep you from following the scripture below.

    Today’s Scripture:
Never worry about anything. But in every situation let God know what you need in prayers and requests while giving thanks. (‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬ GW)

  • As the Lord teaches me, He lets me know the importance of what it is to truly SEE. There is no way we can live in this ungodly world and walk towards God, embracing His will and way for our lives, unless we are cling to the His Word.

The Bible shows us in Psalms 119 that in order for Christians to make it through the journey off life, in a dark world…Earth, we have to use His instructions as the flashlight.

The more you know His Word and realize that it is your source of strength, guidance and protection against this world the more you walk in His light and can illuminate dark places.

Use the flashlight He gave us if you are determined to walk towards the divine destination He has for you. You won’t get there without learning from God by way of His Word.

It pays to read the instruction manual.

    Today’s Scriptures:
Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions.

Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word.

Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path. (‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭18, 37, 105‬ NLT)

  • I am forever empowered and blessed by God’s Word. I find myself sometimes giving over to my mind insomuch as to start voicing that which has shown up there.

I was becoming stressed and began to seek God’s Word and He reminded me that He chose me. He chose you.

He loves us so much that He gave even His only son. Since He gave up His own son that means He will do anything for us!

I know God can and He will so I began to let that flow from my heart to my head. When it reached my mind (head) I couldn’t do anything but fall in praise to God for always showing up for His children and hugging us in scripture to remind us that He got it all under His control. He is able to do what you ask!

Do this same thing this week. If you start to think negatively allow your heart to open, where you have God’s Word is hidden and began to release it to flow to your mind (head) so that you can be uplifted and encouraged as well as assured that God got you! Be blessed.

    Today’s Scripture:
Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? (‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭32‬ NLT)

    • Bowing represents an understanding that God is The Lord above all other gods
…realizes that there is no one worthy of our reverence but God, The Almighty
    • Bowing also shows Our God that He alone is Sovereign, rules by Himself…The Lord is great and we are aware of our need for His divine strength and protection
    • Bowing shows our humbleness before Our God as the Supreme Teacher, Our Shepherd and also recognizes God as The Creator of our past, present and future…

Let us bow in submission to God’s divine plans for our lives!  He knows what’s best for us!

Show GOD that He is the ONLY one who rules and can have authority over us. GOD made us, we are not our own.

Today’s Prayer: Our Lord, no one but You can keep us. Lord, we recognize and we realize that all of my being is because of You. You see us where we are going…You know our heart. You know our most inner thoughts. God, we just want to thank You. As we embark on the week coming, we thank You already for the great blessings and ways being made in our lives. We welcome Your presence in our Lives.God we cannot make it without You. We know that You will give us deliverance, healing, ways to and through all because we bow down and give You the praise & worship that only You deserve.

    Today’s Scriptures:

Matthew 4:9 NLV | All this I will give you, he said, if you will bow down and worship me.

    Psalm 95:6 NIV | Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker;

James 4:10 NLT | When you bow down before the Lord and admit your dependence on him, he will lift you up and give you honor.

  • Interestingly enough Allstate has a commercial, I’m sure you all know it that’s says you in good hands with Allstate and the guy explains why he thinks Allstate provides you with so much security…

Let’s think about this: Who better hands to be in than Our God’s?

Now, I know you might be going through something and it seems that that thing won’t end. You pray and you try to keep your composure but it just seems you are feeling like you’re loosing.

God wants to remind you of Who He is and Whose You are! That God will not ever take you to a desert or wilderness situation and leave you there starving for He always provides a way!!!

We are in GOOD hands with God!
I say this because I know from experience. When life gets tough and it go through some valley experiences, God reminds me that He is with me. He brought me to it to get through it!!!
Live today and be encouraged that God will bring you out! –as the old folks say “now, I’m telling you what I know!”

    Today’s Scripture:
I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you. (Isaiah 46:4 NLT)

  • Kurt Carr has a song entitled “I’ve Seen Him Do It” and it speaks about how God has done things that Kurt thought seemed impossible. From healing to providing in the time of need.
    Do you have this testimony?

I have been in positions that were challenging. I felt there was no way out or through it. I was faced with so much adversity. So many times I have been told “no” because of whatever reason… whether it was a job application denial or credit denial…
No reason for me to be ashamed about being “rejected” “denied” or told “no” or being told “sorry, you do not have enough…you’re credit just does not meet our standards…”

I am a living witness that the God I serve, our God, has a way of turning a “no” into a “YES” situation! (all in His time and all because He loves us!)

Lord, today, I can lift my voice in thanksgiving that YOU ARE AWESOME, YOU ARE AMAZING, YOU HAVE ALL POWER AND AUTHORITY!”

There were times I doubted You, God I’m so sorry. Please forgive my doubt.

You have proved that You can make ways and opened doors man has shut in my life! I have walked through tough times and You have dried my tears. When I have felt beat down by this world….You’ve turned things around for me many times and given me “Yes!” in-spite of my faults.

If you can testify to God’s goodness share that with others so they can hold on a little while longer until there change comes.

Do not give up! Hold on and TRUST God because He will come RiGhT on time! I too can say “I’VE SEEN GOD DO IT!”

May God’s strength be with you as you wait on His deliverance! HE WILL DELIVER YOU OUT OF THE HAND OF THE ENEMY!!!

    Today’s Scriptures:
I am the LORD, who opened a way through the waters, making a dry path through the sea.
For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. The wild animals in the fields will thank me, the jackals and owls, too, for giving them water in the desert. Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland so my chosen people can be refreshed.
    (‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭16, 19-20‬ NLT)

  • I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you. (Isaiah 46:4 NLT)

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭31‬:‭6‬ NIV)

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭2‬ NIV)

  • Stop walking around like you are defeated! Don’t you know that when you belong to Our God, you may go through some storms but you are never, at any point, by any means defeated.
Stop letting what you are going through determine how you feel about yourself.
Stop walking around with your head down as if You don’t know whose you are! You belong to God! Our God protects us! Yes you will go through the fire but You WILL NOT BE BURNED! Victory is Yours, you are not defeated.

Our God has a plan for your life. Hold your head high and walk through the fire because God keeps you. He has never ever left you before.

Never has He walked out on you. Never has He forgotten about you!

He is right there with you and will bring you out! Do not let the enemy triumph over you. Keep praying and believing in the storm. The storm will pass! It will get better! The sun will shine! In Jesus Name You have what it takes to make it through this is you hold onto to the fact that God is our refuge! He will make a way!

    Today’s Scripture:
He replied, “Look! I see four men, unbound, walking around inside the fire, and they aren’t hurt! And the fourth one looks like one of the gods.” Nebuchadnezzar went near the opening of the furnace of flaming fire and said, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fire. The chief administrators, ministers, governors, and the king’s associates crowded around to look at them. The fire hadn’t done anything to them: their hair wasn’t singed; their garments looked the same as before; they didn’t even smell like fire! (‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭25-27‬ CEB)
