It is hard to wait, but I’d RATHER wait on God than to do something STUPID….

Romans 5: 1-5 The Message Bible

^1-2 By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus. And that’s not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand—out in the wide open spaces of God’s grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise.

^3-5 There’s more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we’re hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we’re never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can’t round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!

Feeling drained? It’s normal.

Many things are pushing and pulling us: family life, personal life, professional life are all attached and drain your energy.  When you realize you are feeling drained, tired, depressed, over-run…you have to have the sense enough to regenerate!  Fear and doubt cause even more malnutrition but if we know how to get in touch with Our God, we can take authority over fear, doubt, hopelessness because we know how to use His Word as strength.  Past victories are a source of strength, too.

Once you know you need to regain strength, you must pay close attention and make the decision to plug-in to Our God’s strength: The ONLY TRUE POWER SOURCE.  Some of us are chasing our own tails because we don’t have sense enough to go to God and plug-in to His strength.

How do we rejuvenate once we realize we are weak and God is the way?  We plug-in to Him by doing the following:

1. Read/Meditate on His Word – Do not be lazy.

   The more lazy, the more you will become depleted.  Our souls require Spiritual Growth in Christ.  So many of us have weeds growing in our hearts.  Those weeds begin to crowd us and they leave little to no room for us to grow beauty.  Those weeds have to be cut down in order for us to see our way through and have FAITH to believe that we do not suffer for nothing, but we suffer and make it through those things because Jesus Christ conquered all through His death and RESURRECTION.  GROW UP and stop letting the enemy keep you bound, but be free in the freedom God gives you by the power of His strength! ***Spending time with God makes those weeds die and clear out your heart so you can experience the beauty of Christ.  Isaiah 55:13 NLT***

2. Pray His Word.

   Don’t be so lazy that you don’t know what He says in His Word in order to use it in your prayers.  Did you know that God watches over His Word to perform it?  Did you know that understanding His Word shows God that you care enough to become nurtured by His Word?  Strength is found in His Word.  Obedience is found in His Word.  Many of us are repeating the same stuff because we don’t pay attention to the instructions God gives us.  Here again, promote RELATIONSHIP not religion.

3. Praise Him.

   When you know that God gives us grace and mercy, it compels the BELIEVER to offer praise unto God.  If you don’t praise Him, you can’t add power to your supply.

4. Worship Him.

   Here again, worship God for how great and majestic He is, a part of what He is doing for you.  Worship because He is sovereign, He has all power, He holds everything in His hand, He is able because His being overrules all other beings…

There is no growth in laziness, no energy if you are not willing to do some work (Catch that!)  In other words, if you skip 1 for 3 and 4 for 2, you are still depleted!  There are no shortcuts to being FULLY CHARGED!  I challenge you to plug-in to God and unplug from people.

Isaiah 55:11 NIV  so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

People of THE MOST HIGH GOD, do not be fooled!  The enemy (satan) means us no good.  Never has the enemy wanted us to be a VICTOR over him.  The enemy is banking on you submitting to your problems, giving up, committing suicide, falling into deep depression, stressed to end about work, your finances, your kids, you family, your enemies. 

Listen, WE ARE VICTORIOUS because we choose to bow down and worship The Only True & Living God. 

There is no way God will fail, no way! We got Him with us!  Stop letting the enemy pollute your mind!  we do not bow to the enemy, we BELIEVE, even right now,

even in turmoil,

even through life’s circumstances,

even through sickness, through pain,

through misunderstanding….

God PREVAILS.  Wake up, People of God, The King of King’s LIVES IN YOU!

Look, Listen, Take Note, Take Refuge in Our God!  

No shame here!  Christians have fallen to how the world judges and criticizes folks. Some folks rather be known as a member of “church folk” …people forgot how it was to be hungry, to have just a little, to be waiting on a check and the check come, and it don’t cover all the bills.  I rebuke that spirit now!  I cast out shame!  I am not ashamed, I been broke and still experience hard knock times.  I’m not above some Ramen noodles and hot sauce!  My God WILL.  Don’t let anyone tell you different. You are important to God.  Be Christian, not religion.  Hang in there, HOLD ON TIGHT! God doesn’t promise something that He won’t do! He WILL do IT as He said!

• This is not new to God. Just hold on with all you got!
• I know He will come through for you!
• No matter who it looks like, it is not over.
• You are in position to receive from God. Listen, don’t worry because it’s waiting JUST FOR YOU.
• What you lost, you will gain better.  Where you’ve been, those hard times, joy is coming! DO you hear me?  Joy IS COMING!

• I‘d be lying to say I don’t have problems (so I won’t lie), in fact, right now it ain’t easy.  It is hard, rough, sometimes I have more bills, debt than I have money, BUT GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME!
