What happens if we seriously believe God, exercising our faith you believe God?  Why don’t you spend time learning your benefits? 

If we would believe that God is able

and that He has perfect timing,

we will have strength.

Peace in hard times,

Prayer still in chaos,

Trust in spite of what it looks like,

Faith that supersedes my worries,

Remembering that God was and is and will be still with me,

Even in times where my faith is tested.

God challenges you to understand that He can, He will help you.  You don’t know what you have unless you read about the benefits of loving and serving God.  You will see that suffering is necessary in order to grow our strength in God, thus, faith in God.

We spend time doing everything else

and we reject reading the Word of God,

absorbing it for strength,

but at the same time, we want God to come right now! 

He already equipped you with the power to change your mind set in trials and tribulations.

Spend some time with God in prayer, praise and worship, and study.

My Mother’s Prayer

Anybody feeling the pressure?  It gets hot, but man, Lord, this is broiling!

I know how to handle this one, but that other one, whew! I need some relief.  In any situation, the only constant is God’s Authority, God’s Overwhelming Victory He gave you!

See, God Reigns, Even then. Even now. Even though this feels like its tearing you apart.  Even now, when it’s one thing, then here comes another.  You’re tired. You wanna give up.  This feels too hard.

Lord, I usually pray and get myself together, but this thing, it got me on my knees longer.  I find myself crying more.  Here comes another issue, man! I am not through this yet! Where you at, God?

Don’t try so hard to be fake around people and act like this ain’t hard because it is!  Life can be harder sometimes as opposed to others.  Who you saving face for, huh?  Don’t be embarrassed to say that this hurts, you’re no less of a Christian!  Christ Suffered. Think. I am very much a believer, God, but this, this right here, yeah, that’s the one, it hurts!

Then God says, “Wait!” It’s clear and loud.  Then a peace comes over you.  Then, you hold your hands high, fists open! You don’t care who knows and who’s looking at you.

You throw your hands up, loose the reins (you can’t fix it on your own) and RELINQUISH CONTROL to God, Who REIGNS!

Then, that extra breath comes over you, there’s that piece of peace you needed to get you through, while you are WAITING for your deliverance.  You can lift your head again, the weight has been lifted.  Now, the situation hasn’t changed yet, but The Lord says, “Wait!”  Crying eases. You feel His warm embrace. It hasn’t changed yet, but it will cause God spoke, “Wait!”

Inhale. Exhale. Wait! God knows, He hears you.  You need this, it hurts, but you need this because you got to be built up so you are stronger and wiser for this next level!

“Love lifted me when nothing else could help, Love lifted me!..but the Master…” (old hymn but is so real and dear to my heart)

Have you asked God for forgiveness?  Have you ever been in a tough spot, you know that place, that bed of shame, the place you knew you should not be in?  Then God Himself reached down and grabbed you before you could ruin His creation?

Life has some pitfalls, but if we walk in faith, we can overcome some of them and the others we can ask God for strength to handle the situation and do as unto Him, in other words, we shall do what He desires for us and refuse the hand of the enemy, loosing the chains.

I am here as a testament unto you all. No one is above reproach. Have you ever had that nosy person who seems to be fixated on you?  Every time you slip, there they are to run and falsely or accurately accuse?  This person is a busy body and we cast down imagination, Ignore that person and pray their tongue is towards themselves and not others. I won’t be this way forever, where I am now God loves me enough to keep right on making ways, in the midst of messes that we put ourselves in.

Prayer of Forgiveness:

Dear God, 

Thank you for not letting me die in my sin, but You, oh God, only your hand keeps me safe in Your arms.  I know this won’t be the last time I am here laying prostrate before you and pleading You for another chance to get it right.  God, those things I tend to do keep thorns in my side so I ask You God to hold me tight and forgive me for every foolish thing that is not like You.  I ask for forgiveness because sometimes it’s hard to love those whom you know are out to get you.  But You, Oh God, hold us and the enemy is under our feet.  Please forgive and purge me, take over me, restore me, God please forgive me for not doing as you have instructed through Your Holy and Divine Word.  God, this prayer is for forgiveness only. I would much rather have Your forgiveness than to have riches and die and go to Hell.  It is my prayer that You create in me a clean heart and renew in me the right Spirit.  Forgive me for all the times I have been timid and did not spread Your Word.  Forgive me for thinking everything is about me, I forsake my life to You to do Your Will and as I am walking towards You, Your Love Lifts me up!  This is my prayer, In the Name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN.

I do not care what it is, where it is, why it is, GOD is ABLE!  

Believe it, receive it! GOD IS ABLE!

To address these comments, I will sum it up to say:

We read the BMV License Manual and take the test in expectation to pass it and become licensed so we are legal and do not subject ourselves to dealing with the police.

We study in school and retain information to get good grades, we even read our Employee Handbook and we make sure we fall aligned with it to avoid termination and understand our rights as an employee,

We read and follow MapQuest and Google Maps to get to destinations we have never been to or ones we forgot some parts of the directions,

We read cooking instructions to make sure we get the end result to look like the box and we want it to be edible and taste good, we obey traffic signals and traffic officials,

We read MediaTakeOut, WorldStarHipHop, TMZ, News – all to find out what’s going on

We even read and respond to texts…why is it hard to read and follow God’s Word?  We are lazy, lackadaisical!  We simply DO NOT WANT TO LEARN ABOUT OBEDIENCE AND SUBMISSION TO GOD’S HOLY WAY OF LIFE

We just know what we know and do not want to grow, but we want God to give us everything, Shame!  People of God need to be willing to read, pray, retain, fast, meditate, worship, praise! How can you really thank God without knowing how great He is, aside from your blessings! 

Romans 8:17 NLT And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.
