News Flash: Not Much of Leader without Knowing How to Follow

I think its the ability to see other people’s strengths…thus what they may do better than you and allowing those people to do it.  Leading involves following and humility.  It is great to be very good at things, but it greater to learn from someone that may do it better.  Being a good leader can see the value in that scenario.
