Trash In = Trash Out

What you put into your body comes out.
If you always put bad foods in it will begin to show outward and affect your health negatively. If you put the Word of God inside then it will show up every time you need it. Add more positive things into your life and start to see the difference.
It may take a while to show but it will show when its needed the most.
