I am a sinner saved by God’s grace. I do not profess to be anything more. Disciple = Discipline

Sometimes we all need a good whooping. We get out of hand sometimes and need a reminder,  just like kids do need some ‘setting straight’

We need to take it and learn from it and not get mad at it. Don’t even ask God why,  because you already know the deal. It helps to sharpen us and make us better. We know He loves us because He corrects us….. Isn’t that what you tell your kid? It’s truth.

Job 5:17-18 NIV

“Blessed is the one whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.  For he wounds, but he also binds up; he injures, but his hands also heal.
